摘要全科医生转岗培训是基层医疗人才队伍建设的重要培养渠道.通过从培训基地、师资、教材、实际工作需要、学科建设等几个方面阐述我国全科医生转岗培训中存在的问题,并针对存在的问题,结合我国全科医生转岗培训的实际工作要求,提出加强师资建设、教材建设、加快全科医学学科建设等相应的建议及对策.
