军队医学院校的军人心理行为训练课程构建与实践
Establishment and practice of military psychological behavior training class in military medical college
摘要通过对45所军校军人心理行为训练课程的开展现状进行调查,重构军校军人心理行为课程体系,主要措施为:建立科学的管理模式,优化课程教学目标和教学内容,改革教学方法,完善多元化的课程考评方式。设计教学对照实验,并运用自评症状量表(symptom checklist 90, SCL-90)在教学实验前后,对学员心理状况进行测试;结果显示,新课程教学体系的实施对受试学员SCL-90中的7项因子产生积极影响,而针对恐怖和偏执两项因子未产生显著影响。

abstractsPsychological behavior training curriculum in military medical college was recon-structed after investigating psychological behavior training class in 45 military colleges. The measures taken included:establishing scientific management model, optimizing the teaching object and content, reforming the teaching method and improving multiple assessment methods. Self rating symptom scale symptom checklist 90(SCL-90) was used to test the psychological condition of students before and af-ter the teaching experiment. Results showed that seven factors were of statistical significance for stu-dents. Factors of fear and paranoia were statistically insignificant.
