摘要针对医学留学生专业基础课《细胞生物学》全英文授课过程中发现的问题，提出“知本强基，改良教材，优化内容，巧设方案，合理进度，精心备/授课，增强互动，及时反馈”的教学原则与管理办法，为医学留学生的有效教育和培训提供了理论依据。

abstractsTo tackle the problems found during cell biology teaching in English for medical oversea students,following teaching principles and management regulations were proposed:strength-ening the basic knowledge,improving the teaching materials,optimizing the teaching contents,clev-erly designing the teaching scheme ,rationalizing the teaching schedule ,elaborately preparing and giving the lessons,enhancing the class interaction between teachers and students,and timely collect-ing teaching feedback. The above measures provided theoretical foundations for the effective education and training of medical oversea students.
