摘要科学的技术观是医学专家从事技术创造能否获得成功的重要条件。医学的主要载体是技术，医学不等于技术，技术是手段而不是目的，技术具有双刃性，技术必须与人文相结合。医学技术观的这些内容，要求医学专家关注当前出现的SCI热和技术主体化倾向，重视技术异化的双重根源，审慎对待技术的无意识结果。因而需要对技术进行人文社会管控，使医学技术更好地造福于人类健康。
