摘要为探讨案例教学在临床药学课程《氨茶碱浓度监测》中的应用,实践中围绕课程的重点与难点,以问题为导向,设计典型病例.通过对学生课堂实践成绩、同行评教情况以及学生课后反馈等分析,表明案例教学改善了传统教学中学生依从性差、学习效果不佳的问题,增强了学生对临床实践的分析思考能力,同时促进了教学相长.

abstractsAccording to the points and difficulties of aminophylline monitoring experiments, oriented by problems, specific teaching case was designed to practice case teaching. The analysis of the results of classroom performance, teaching effect evaluation, peer evaluation and students' feedback showed that case teaching promoted the initiatives of students' learning as well as improved the teaching effect compared with the traditional teaching method. Furthermore, it improved their clinical thinking ability through theory and practical cases and helped the teachers to learn while teaching.
