摘要探讨将以资源消耗为基础的相对价值比率(RBRVS)绩效考核体系引入住院医师规范化培训考核,建立"以培养培"的住院医师管理与考核新模式.通过设计针对住院医师的RBRVS个性化绩效考核计算公式,尊重和体现住院医师劳动价值,在国家和地方财政补助的基础上,给予住院医师合理的额外劳动回报,使住院医师安心于规范化培训,确保和提高住院医师规范化培训质量.

abstractsIn this paper we are going to discuss the performance appraisal system based on RBRVS which has been used in residency program examination, as well as the new supervision and assessment mode of "self-sufficient training" that has been established. Formulas designed exclusively for residents are pro-posed based on RBRVS, respecting and embodying residents' value. Additional reward shall be offered to residents with the national and local financial aid, making sure that residents shall settle down in residency program and the quality of the program is ensured and improved.
