abstractsJishou University promotes the education reform for postgraduate students majoring in clinical medicine with the guidance of "Serving the Local Demand for Professional and Improving the Training Quality of Professional":moral education first,strengthening the thought of serving people wholeheartedly and developing good style of study;focusing on the development of clinical skills and clinical research competency;scientifically setting up curriculums and actively carrying out teaching innovation on the basis of the plan;attaching importance to supervision by innovating guidance mode and perfecting quality supervision mechanism.It has achieved remarkable results and laid a solid foundation for the postgraduate education to achieve the "connotative development of meeting the service demand and improving the teaching quality".
