摘要科学合理的临床实践评估是教学质量评估的核心指标。本文对多源反馈评估在临床实践评估体系中的应用前景进行综述，对评估体系的基本要素及流程、存在问题及解决途径进行探讨，同时以多源反馈评估在实习生临床实践中的应用探索为典型案例进行分析，以期促进临床实践教学中多源反馈评估机制的建立与健全，并为培养优秀医学人才提供保障。

abstractsScientific and reasonable assessment of clinical practice is one of the core indicators of teaching quality evaluation. This paper reviews the application prospect of multi-source feedback evaluation in clinical practice, discusses the basic elements and processes, existing problems and solutions of the evaluation system. Moreover, the application exploration of multi-source feedback evaluation in clinical practice of interns was analyzed as a typical case. We wish it is helpful to promote the establishment of multi-source feedback evaluation mechanism in clinical practice teaching and provide a guarantee for the cultivation of excellent medical talents.
