摘要跨专业教育（interprofessional education，IPE）是指来自2个及2个以上专业的学生相互了解、学习、借鉴，以实现有效合作，并旨在提升医疗质量、改善健康结果，它是临床医学教育领域中不可或缺的一种教育模式。本文以我国知名医学院校跨专业教育的现状为例，对比并总结了国内外知名医学院校在跨专业教育中的实践模式和成效，这些成效包括团队协作能力的增强、角色认知的深化及沟通交流能力的提升等。同时，本文从政策支持、师资培训、学生需求等多个角度，深入阐释了我国跨专业教育在现阶段发展的动力与面临的挑战。作为我国医学教育领域的一个重要课题，跨专业教育应当批判性地借鉴国外先进经验，结合我国国情，开发具有针对性的相关课程，以期为我国临床医学教育的高质量发展提供有力支撑。

abstractsInterprofessional education (IPE) refers to students from two or more professions learn about, from and with each other to enable effective collaboration, enhance medical quality, and improve health outcomes. IPE is considered as a crucial educational model in contemporary clinical medical education. Taking the current state of IPE at renowned medical schools in China as an example, this article compares and summarizes the practice modes and achievements of IPE, such as improvement in team collaboration, role recognition, and communication skills, in well-known medical colleges in China and worldwide. From the aspects of policy support, teacher training, and student needs, this article also elucidates the driving forces and challenges faced by IPE development in China at the present stage. As an important topic in medical education in China, IPE should critically draw on advanced international experiences while considering the specific conditions of China to develop targeted courses, in order to provide robust support and drive the high-quality development of clinical medical education in China.
