摘要创伤知情照护是医护人员在充分了解患者创伤经历前提下实施针对性干预，以减少患者心理创伤症状、预防再创伤和改善健康结局的一种照护模式。该理念自提出以来，已经被广泛应用于医学院校、心理卫生、产科、急诊等领域。实施创伤知情照护模式需要有针对性的医护人员教育培训，但目前医护人员对创伤知情照护了解不够，同时创伤知情照护教育的范围、内容、模式和培训效果存在较大差异。本研究旨在对国外创伤知情照护教育的研究现状作一综述，明确当前研究热点及不足，为我国未来设计和开展创伤知情照护教育提供参考。

abstractsTrauma-informed care is a model of care in which healthcare professionals implement targeted interventions based on fully understanding of patients' trauma experiences, aiming to reduce psychological trauma symptoms, prevent re-traumatization, and improve health outcomes. Since the introduction of this concept, it has been applied in various fields, including medical education, mental health, obstetrics, and emergency care. The implementation of trauma-informed care requires targeted education and training for healthcare professionals; however, there is currently insufficient understanding of trauma-informed care among these professionals. Additionally, there are significant variations in the scope, content, model, and effectiveness of trauma-informed care education. This study aims to review the existing state of trauma-informed care education internationally, identify current research hotspots and shortcomings, and provide references for the future design and implementation of trauma-informed care education in China.
