摘要Acute myeloid leukemia(AML)is a heterogeneous malignancy with heterogeneity,and 35％-45％of patients are refractory to first-line treatment[e.g.,standard chemotherapy and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(HSCT)]or relapse after treatment.Patients with refractory/relapsed(R/R)AML have a dismal prognosis and are ralely cured with conventional treatment(1),indicating the need for new therapeutic strategies to improve outcomes.
