摘要Ferroptosis is a new type of iron-dependent cell death and is involved in many biological processes.Multiple ferroptosis signals affect enzymes and metabolites during glucose metabolism,altering the metabolic pathways of macrophages.In addition,macrophages with different polarization phenotypes have different resistance to ferroptosis,which affects the occurrence and signal transmission of ferroptosis.Therefore,the important process of glucose metabolism in macrophages is targeted to regulate the sensitivity of macrophages to ferroptosis through energy metabolism.In this pa-per,we review the recent research progress on the effect of ferroptosis signaling on the reprogramming of glucose metabo-lism in macrophages and the regulatory effects of various compounds.
