Bmi-1, a polycomb Group Protein, Plays an Essential Role in tumorigenesis and Metastasis
摘要篇首： Dysregulation of polycomb group protein Bmi-1 expression has been linked with an invasive phenotype of certain human cancers and poor prog-nosis of patients; however, the underlying mechanisms are poorly under-stood. Here, we demonstrate that Bmi-1 expression is inversely correlated with E-cadherin expression in various cancers.
