换一批基于3H岗位胜任力的教学督导在临床小讲课质量提升中的实践与成效分析
Analysis of the Practicality and Effectiveness of 3H Core Competency-Oriented Teaching Supervision in Improving the Quality of Clinical Mini-Lectures:A Case Study of the"5+3"Integrated Medical Education Program
摘要目的:创新临床小讲课教学督导模式,提升教学质量.方法:选取35 名临床教师,由同一名督导对每位教师的同一主题小讲课进行前后2次听课,并在两次听课期间开展针对性培训.结果:教师的小讲课评分和教学自我效能感均显著提升(P<0.05).结论:新教学督导模式成效显著,可为临床小讲课教学质量优化提供实践参考.
