换一批摘要Mirror hand ( ulnar dimelia ) is a rare congenital anomaly of the upper extremity characterized by symmetrical abnormality around a sagittal plane of the hand. A wide spectrum of phenotypes which deviate from the classical cases have been reported. Osseous anatomy and soft tissue anatomy of this condition show a wide variety which may involve the entire extremity. Treatment recommendations included amputation of the extra digits, thumb reconstruction and surgeries considered for obtaining cosmetic and functional improvement of the wrist, forearm, elbow, etc.
