全髋关节置换术后早期负重可行性的研究进展
Progress in the feasibility study of early weight-bearing after total hip arthroplasty
摘要After years' development and improvement, THA ( total hip arthroplasty ) has now become the most effective operation in the treatment of hip diseases and functional reconstruction. With the continuous development and improvement of surgery, patients are move demanding to their postoperative limb functions. It has reached a broad consensus that the use of bone cement fixed prosthesis allows patients to bear weight early, but it is still controversial for non-cement fixed THA. In recent years, literature shows that the early weight-bearing of non-cemented THA has no adverse effects on the stability of the prosthesis. Weight-bearing exercises are beneficial to the stability of the prosthesis, the increase of bone mineral density and the early recovery of hip functions. The following is a review to the feasibility of early weight-bearing after THA and the corresponding weight training methods.
