外泌体来源的miRNAs在骨肿瘤发病机制中的调控作用
Regulatory role of miRNAs derived from extracellular vesicles in the pathogenesis of bone tumors
摘要Bone tumors develop within or from various components of bone tissues. The causes of these tumors are unclear, but it is believed that most of them are related to genetic variations.Exosomes are vesicle-like structures that contain various substances, including Messenger RNA(mRNA),microRNA(miRNA),long non-coding RNA(LncRNA),DNA,lipids, and proteins. They play a critical role in disease development by releasing these substances outside the cell for intercellular exchange, thereby facilitating information exchange.Research has shown that exosomal miRNAs are involved in the development of bone tumors, particularly in cell differentiation, proliferation, and apoptosis. Therefore, this review summarizes the latest research on exosomal miRNAs in bone tumors, highlighting the key regulatory roles and mechanisms of miRNAs in the pathogenesis of bone tumors,as well as their potential for therapeutic use.
