摘要Osteoporosis(OP)is a systemic skeletal disease.Its incidence gradually increases with age.Osteoporotic fracture,a severe complication of OP,is one of the leading causes of mortality and disability among the elderly.As population aging intensifies,OP has become a significant challenge in the field of public health in China.In recent years,big data analysis has been deeply integrated with the medical field,and has been widely applied in the diagnosis,treatment and management of chronic diseases.By using the massive data in the OP databases,big data analysis shows its high applicability in OP epidemiological research,early disease screening,auxiliary clinical diagnosis and decision-making,risk prediction,real-time monitoring and management by the advantage of its ability to sensitively capture the potential rules and connections among the data.This review summarizes the application of big data analysis in OP both domestically and internationally,with the aim of providing references and insights for the diagnosis,treatment,and management of OP.
