胫前肌腱嵌顿导致难复Myerson A型全外侧脱位Lisfranc损伤一例
A case report of Myerson type A complete lateral dislocation Lisfranc injury caused by impingement of anterior tibial tendon
摘要Objective To analyze the mechanism, reduction, and fixation methods for irreducible Myerson type A complete lateral dislocation Lisfranc injuries caused by anterior tibialis tendon entrapment through a combination of case analysis and literature review, providing a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of such cases. Methods A case of Myerson type A complete lateral dislocation Lisfranc injury caused by a crushing injury was reviewed, including detailed clinical data,pre-and postoperative imaging findings, and the techniques employed for reduction and fixation. Results Postoperative imaging demonstrated satisfactory alignment, and follow-up revealed significant symptomatic improvement with no disease progression or recurrence. Conclusions For Myerson type A complete lateral dislocation Lisfranc injuries, early manual closed reduction should be performed. If clear indications of anterior tibialis tendon entrapment are present and reduction is difficult, open release of the entrapped tendon followed by reduction and internal fixation is recommended.
