摘要Objective Clear cell sarcoma(CCS)is an extremely rare soft tissue sarcoma.Surgical resection is still the main treatment for CCS.Methods A 26-year-old patient with clear cell sarcoma of the soft tissue of the left clavicle underwent tumor resection,lymph node dissection,ipsilateral autogenous fibula transplantation,and plate internal fixation.After surgery,the patient was treated with AI+anlotinib chemotherapy regimen"doxorubicin+ifosfamide+anlotinib",and the chemotherapy was given for 6 cycles.And 30 sessions of radiotherapy were conducted in the surgical area,the left supraclavicular area and the anterior superior mediastinum.Results At present,the surgical wound healed well,the left shoulder joint function was good,and the MSTS functional score was 90%.There was no local tumor recurrence and progression.Conclusions Surgical resection combined with postoperative chemoradiotherapy and targeted therapy may be an option for the treatment of CCS of the clavicle.
