摘要目的 评价弧形切割吻合器在低位直肠癌保肛手术中的应用.方法 回顾分析2006年至2008年使用弧形切割吻合器行低位直肠癌保肛手术22例患者的临床资料.结果 22例行保肛手术,1例发生亚临床微小瘘,保守治疗痊愈,无吻合口出血,无局部复发,两例患者分别于术后12、14个月死亡.结论 弧形切割吻合器有利于低位直肠癌保肛手术的开展,可提高保肛率.

abstractsObjective To evaluate the curved cutter stapler in the anus-preserving surgery of low rectal cancer. Methods To retrospectively analyse the clinical data of the application of the Curved Cutter Stapler in the anus-preserving surgery of low rectal cancer from 2006 to 2008. Results All the eases of patients with low rectal cancer received the anus-preserving surgery,one of them occurred in sub-clinical small fistula who recovered by con-servative treatment,no anastomofic leakage and no local recurrence occurred,two patients were died in 12,14 months after surgery. Conclusion The Curved Cutter Stapler has an advangtageous position in the anus-preserving surgery of low rectal cancer, can increase the rate of the anus-preserving.
