摘要目的 探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEG-F)、基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)及基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在舌鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达及其临床意义.方法 采用免疫组织化学SP法检测60例舌鳞状细胞癌及20例正常舌组织手术切除标本中VEGF、MMP-2与MMP-9的表达.结果 舌鳞状细胞癌组织中VEGF、MMP-2与MMP-9的表达明显高于正常舌组织(均P＜0.05),Ⅲ+Ⅳ期和有淋巴结转移的患者又明显高于Ⅰ+Ⅱ期和无淋巴结转移的患者(均P＜0.05).舌鳞状细胞癌VEGF和MMP-2与MMP-9的表达呈正相关(r =0.489、0.512,P＜0.05).结论 VEGF、MMP-2与MMP-9在舌鳞状细胞癌中的表达与淋巴结转移、TNM分期密切相关,VEGF、MMP-2与MMP-9在舌鳞状细胞癌生长、侵袭和转移过程中可能起着重要的作用,并具有协同作用.

abstractsObjective To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)、matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2) and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) in tongue squamous cell carcinoma and the clinical significance.Methods The expression of MMP-2,MMP-9 and VEGF in 60 cases of tongues quamous cell carcinoma tissues and in 20 cases of normal tongues tissues were examined by immunochemistry.Results The expression of MMP-2,MMP-9 and VEGF was higher in tongues quamous cell carcinoma than that in normal pancreatic parenchyma.In cases with lymph nodes metastasis and TNM stage Ⅲ + Ⅳ,the expression of two markers were significantly higher than those without lymph nodes metastasis and TNM stage Ⅰ + Ⅱ (P ＜ 0.05).A positive correlation was found between the expression of VEGF and MMP-2,MMP-9 in tongues quamous cell carcinoma ( P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusion The expression of MMP-2,MMP-9 and VEGF was closely correlated with lymph nodes metastasis and TNM stage of tongues quamous cell carcinoma(P ＜ 0.05 ).VEGF and MMP-2,MMP-9 play an important role in the development of tongues quamous cell carcinoma,may cooperate with each other.
