摘要目的：观察纳洛酮配合补阳还五汤加减对老年人脑梗死性痴呆的临床疗效。方法46例脑梗死性痴呆老年患者给予纳洛酮配合补阳还五汤加减治疗，10 d为1个疗程，3个疗程后对比治疗前后患者的日常生活能力、智力精神情况及缺血情况，客观评估临床疗效。结果治疗后患者日常生活能力量表评分（ADL）及简易智能状态检查量表（ MMSE）评分均高于治疗前（ t ＝3．247、3．469，均 P ＜0．05），缺血量表（Hachinski）评分低于治疗前（t＝3．384，P＜0．05）。结论纳洛酮配合补阳还五汤加减可有效改善老年人脑梗死性痴呆的主要临床症状、精神状态及日常生活能力。

abstractsObjective To observe the efficacy of naloxone combined with Buyanghuanwu decoction on cong -nitive function of multi -infarct dementia(MID) patients.Methods 46 patients with MID were treated with Nalox-one Hydrochloride and Buyanghuanwu decoction .Mini -mental state examination ( MMSE ) , activity of daily living ( ADL) scale and hachinski ischemic scale score ( HIS) were used to estimate the therapeutic effect after the treatment for 30 days.Results Compared to 30 days before,the MMSE score and ADL score improved after the treatment (t=3.247,3.469,all P<0.05),and the score of HIS declined (t=3.384,P<0.05).Conclusion Application of nal-oxone combined with Buyanghuanwu decoction can significantly improve congnitive level and ADL function in multi -infarct dementia patients .
