摘要目的：探讨吲达帕胺联合缬沙坦对高血压并糖尿病患者血压及尿微量白蛋白（UmAlb）水平的影响。方法选取90例高血压并糖尿病患者，通过数字表法随机分为三组，观察组30例患者接受吲达帕胺联合缬沙坦治疗，对照 A 组30例患者接受吲达帕胺治疗，对照 B 组30例患者接受缬沙坦治疗。治疗结束后对三组患者的治疗效果进行对比分析。结果三组收缩压、舒张压治疗后均有所降低（均 P ＜0．05），且观察组治疗后降低更显著（均 P ＜0．05）。观察组总有效率为96．7％，高于对照 A 组的86．6％、对照 B 组的83．3％（χ2＝4．12、4．22，均 P ＜0．05）。结论在治疗高血压并糖尿病时，采用吲达帕胺与缬沙坦联合的治疗方法降压效果明显且能保护肾脏功能，应在临床中推广使用。

abstractsObjective To study the influence of valsartan combined with indapamide on the UmAlb level and blood pressure in patients with hypertension and diabetes mellitus.Methods 90 patients with hypertension and diabetes mellitus were selected and randomly divided into three groups by number table.30 cases of the control group A were treated with indapamide,30 cases of the control group B were treated with valsartan,30 cases of the observa-tion group were treated with indapamide combined with valsartan.After treatment,the clinical parameters and effect of the three groups were compared.Results After treatment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the three groups were decreased(all P <0.05),and the observation group decreased obviously(all P <0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.7%,which was higher than 86.6% of the control group A and 83.3% of the control group B(χ2 =4.1 2,4.22,all P <0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of hypertension and diabetes,the antihypertensive effect of indapamide combined with valsartan is obvious and can protect the renal func-tion,which should be promoted in clinical use.
