摘要激肽原酶-激肽系统(KKS)是由激肽原、激肽原酶及激肽组成。缓激肽(BK)是激肽的一种类型,能够舒张血管,降低血压,改善微循环。肾素血管紧张素抑制剂与血管紧张素受体拮抗剂能够通过缓激肽B2受体调节 KKS 水平。而 KKS 则通过一氧化氮和前列腺素途径发挥抗氧化应激作用。越来越多的证据显示,KKS 能够减轻氧化应激,延缓糖尿病、心血管疾病和肾脏疾病的进展。

abstractsKallikrein -kinin system(KKS)is composed of kininogen,kininogenase and plasmakinin.Brady-kinin(BK)is a type of plasmakinin,can be relaxing blood vessels,lower blood pressure,improve microcirculation. Renin -angiotensin inhibitors and angiotensin receptor antagonists can regulate KKS level by bradykinin B2 .The KKS plays a key role in oxidative stress through nitric oxide and prostaglandin pathways.More and more evidence shows that KKS can reduce oxidative stress,delay the progression of diabetes,cardiovascular disease and kidney disease.
