摘要目的：探讨穴位按摩联合康复锻炼在脑卒中患者康复护理中的应用效果。方法选取脑卒中患者96例为观察对象，采用数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组，各48例。对照组采取常规护理进行干预，观察组采取穴位按摩联合康复锻炼的干预方式。应用 FUGL-Meyer 评分对患者的肢体运动功能进行评价，应用BI 指数评价患者的生活质量；比较两组患者的满意度。结果治疗前，两组 FUGL-Meyer 评分、BI 指数评分差异均无统计学意义；干预后，观察组 FUGL-Meyer 评分、BI 指数评分分别为（73．3±12．5）分、（79．2±13．5）分，对照组分别为（45．9±9．8）分、（44．2±11．6）分，观察组显著高于对照组，两组差异均有统计学意义（t ＝5.281、5．018，均 P ＜0．05）；观察组患者对护理的满意度为95．83％，高于对照组的72．92％，差异有统计学意义（χ2＝4．782，P ＜0．05）。结论穴位按摩联合康复锻炼在脑卒中患者的康复护理过程中具有较好的康复作用，能够明显改善脑卒中患者肢体功能，值得临床推广应用。

abstractsObjective To explore the application effect of acupuncture point massage combined with rehabil-itation exercise on rehabilitation nursing of patients with stroke.Methods 96 patients with stroke were selected as the observation subjects,and the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,48 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with acupuncture point massage combined with rehabilitation exercise. The control group adopted routine nursing intervention.FUGL -Meyer was used to evaluate the function of limb movement,and the quality of life of patients was evaluated by BI index,and the satisfaction degree of the two groups was compared.Results Before treatment,FUGL -Meyer score,Barthel index score between the two groups had no statistically significant differences.After treatment,FUGL -Meyer score,Barthel Index scores in the observation group were (73.3 ±1 2.5)points,(79.2 ±1 3.5)points,which were significantly higher than those in the control group [(45.9 ±9.8),(44.2 ±11 .6)](t =5.281 5.01 8,all P <0.05).The patients'satisfaction of nursing of the observation group was 95.83%,which was higher than 72.92% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2 =4.782,P <0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture point massage combined with rehabilitation exercise for the rehabilitation of stroke patients has good effect,can improve the physical function of patients,improve the quality of life.
