摘要目的 分析保妇康栓联合重组人干扰素α-2b治疗慢性宫颈炎伴人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的临床疗效,并观察预后,为其临床治疗提供参考.方法 选择120例慢性宫颈炎伴HPV感染患者,采用随机数字表法将所有患者分为观察组和对照组,两组均为60例.观察组患者给予保妇康栓联合重组人干扰素α-2b治疗,对照组患者给予重组人干扰素α-2b治疗.分别于治疗开始前、1个疗程结束及治疗结束后3个月对患者进行评估,观察比较两组患者的治愈率、治疗总有效率、HPV转阴率、治疗中不良反应的发生及复发率.结果 观察组60例患者中治愈26例,治愈率为43.33％,对照组60例患者中治愈15例,治愈率为25％,观察组治愈率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.482,P<0.05);观察组60例患者中治疗有效59例,治疗的总有效率为98.33％,对照组60例患者中治疗有效48例,治疗的总有效率为80.00％,观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.438,P<0.05);对照组患者的HPV转阴率为38.33％,观察组为56.67％,观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.043,P<0.05);观察组患者出现不良反应者7例,发生率为11.67％,对照组出现不良反应者6例,发生率为10.00％,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.086,P>0.05);3个月后,观察组无复发,对照组复发1例,复发率为1.67％,差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.008,P>0.05).结论 保妇康栓联合重组人干扰素α-2b治愈慢性宫颈炎伴HPV感染有良好的疗效及预后效果,值得在临床上加以推广应用.

abstractsObjective To study the clinical efficacy of Baofukang suppository and recombinant human inter -feron α-2b in the treatment of HPV infection with chronic cervicitis ,and to observe the prognosis ,thus to provide reference for its clinical treatment .Methods 120 patients with chronic cervicitis with HPV infection were selected . All patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method ,60 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Baofukang combined with recombinant human interferon α-2b,and the control group was treated with recombinant human interferon α-2b.The patients were evaluated before treatment ,at the end of treatment and 3 months after treatment.The cure rate,total effective rate,recurrence rate,incidence rate of adverse reactions were observed and compared .Results In the observation group ,26 cases were cured ,the cure rate was 43.33％.In the control group ,15 cases were cured ,the cure rate was 25％.The cure rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group ,the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =4.482,P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.33％,which was higher than 80.00％ of the control group,the differ-ence was statistically significant (χ2 =10.438,P <0.05).The negative rate of HPV in the control group was 38.33％,which was lower than 56.67％ in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 4.043,P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was 11.67％,which in the control group was 10.00％,the difference was not statistically significant (χ2 =0.086,P >0.05).After treatment for 3 months,the recurrence rate was 0.00％in the observation group and 1.67％in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant (χ2 =1.008,P >0.05).Conclusion The combination of Baofukang suppository and recombinant human interferon α-2b showed good curative effect and prognosis in the treatment of chronic cervicitis with HPV infection ,and it is worthy to be popularized in clinical practice .
