摘要目的 研究牙再植术对不同时间外伤性前牙完全性脱位患者临床疗效及满意度的影响.方法 选取2014年2月至2017年2月杭州市红十字会医院收治的外伤性前牙完全性脱位患者80例为研究对象,按照患者前牙脱落时间的不同分为A组(脱落时间≤60 min)42例,B组(脱落时间≥60 min)38例.患者均行牙再植术治疗,比较两组疗效、满意度、并发症发生情况以及生活质量.结果 A组治疗总有效率为92.86%(39/42),高于B组的76.32%(30/38),差异有统计学意义(χ2＝4.281,P＜0.05). A组患者满意度为95.24%(40/42),高于B组的78.95%(30/38),差异有统计学意义(χ2＝4.841,P＜0.05). A组术后并发症发生率为4.76%(2/42),低于B组的23.68%(9/38),差异有统计学意义(χ2＝6.023,P＜0.05).治疗后A组生活质量量表(SF－36)各项指标的评分均高于B组,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05).结论 尽早采用牙再植术治疗外伤性前牙完全性脱位的疗效较佳,且能有效提高患者满意度,降低并发症的发生,有利于改善患者生活质量.

abstractsObjective To study the influence of teeth replantation on clinical effect and satisfaction of patients with traumatic anterior teeth complete dislocation of different time.Methods From February 2014 to February 2017, 80 patients with traumatic anterior teeth complete dislocation in Hangzhou Red Cross Hospital were selected . According to the time of front teeth falling out , the patients were divided into A group (42 cases, falling time≤60min),B group(38 cases,falling time≥60min).All patients were treated by teeth replantation.The curative effect, satisfaction,complications and quality of life were compared between the two groups .Results The total effective rate of A group was 92.86%(39/42),which was significantly higher than that of B group [76.32%(30/38)] ( χ2＝4.281,P＜0.05).The patients'satisfaction rate of A group was 95.24%(40/42),which was significantly higher than that of B group[78.95%(30/38)] (χ2＝4.841,P＜0.05).The incidence rate of postoperative complications of A group was 4.76%(2/42),which was significantly lower than that of B group [23.68%(9/38)] (χ2＝6.023,P＜0.05).After treatment,SF-36 index scores of A group were significantly higher than those of B group ( all P＜0.05).Conclusion Using teeth replantation as soon as possible ,the curative effect of treatment of traumatic anterior tooth complete dislocation ,the more beautiful,and can effectively improve patients'satisfaction,reduce complications and improve patients'quality of life.
