摘要胆囊收缩素(cholecystokinin,CCK)作为一种重要的脑肠肽,与饱腹感、探索性运动和活动、学习记忆、焦虑等各种行为功能有关,对认知功能有重要意义。近年来,CCK被作为神经递质和调质在中枢神经系统的作用的研究越来越广泛,也使其成为神经系统疾病药物设计的靶点。本研究总结了CCK及其受体对认知功能的作用的最新研究进展。

abstractsCholecystokinin, as an important brain-gut peptide hormone, is related to satiety, exploratory exercise and activity, learning and memory, anxiety and other behavioral functions, which is of great significance for cognitive function. In recent years, cholecystokinin has been widely studied as a neurotransmitter and neuromodulator in the central nervous system, and it has become the target of drug design for nervous system diseases. This review summarizes the latest research progress of the role of cholecystokinin and its receptors in cognitive function.
