基于吡咯[1,2-α]吲哚的生物碱的生物活性研究进展
Research progress on the biological activity of pyrrole [1,2-α] indole alkaloids
摘要吡咯[1,2-α]吲哚是一种结构新颖的融合杂环骨架,也是许多天然活性产物和药物的基本结构单元及合成中间体。吡咯[1,2-a]吲哚杂环衍生物因其具有广泛而显著的生物活性,在有机合成和药物化学中备受关注。植物提取物一直以来都是活性化合物的重要来源,目前从植物提取物中发现并分离得到的基于吡咯[1,2-a]吲哚杂环结构的生物碱有Isatisine、isoborreverine、flinderoles、polyavolensin和yuremamine。笔者综述了国内外对吡咯[1,2-a]吲哚杂环衍生物的生物活性研究进展,在筛选活性化合物和候选药物方面具有良好的发展前景。

abstractsPyrrole [1,2-α] indole is a novel fused heterocyclic skeleton, which is also the basic structural unit and synthetic intermediate of many natural active products and drugs. Pyrrole [1,2-α] indole heterocyclic derivatives have attracted much attention in organic synthesis and medicinal chemistry because of their extensive and marked biological activities. Plant extracts have always been an important source of active compounds. At present, the alkaloids based on the pyrrole [1,2-α] indole heterocyclic structure discovered and isolated from plant extracts include isatisine, isoborreverine, flinderoles, polyavolensin and yuremamine. This paper reviews the research progress on the biological activity of pyrrole [1,2-α] indole heterocyclic derivatives and has found that pyrrole [1,2-α] indole heterocyclic derivatives have a good development prospect in screening active compounds and developing candidate drugs.
