摘要脂必泰胶囊具有调节血脂、预防心血管疾病、保护肝脏等特点，临床应用较为广泛。脂必泰联合小剂量他汀类药物治疗冠心病患者，其降脂效果与大剂量他汀类药物相当，且不良反应发生率更低。因此本研究从脂必泰胶囊的药物成分、作用机制、临床应用、不良反应及安全性等方面进行综述，从而为临床应用脂必泰调脂提供理论支持。

abstractsZhibitai Capsules are characterized by their ability to regulate blood lipids, prevent cardiovascular diseases, and protect the liver, making them widely used in clinical practice. When combined with low-dose statins for the treatment of coronary artery disease, their lipid-lowering effect is comparable to that of high-dose statins, while exhibiting a lower incidence of adverse reactions. Therefore, this study reviews the drug components, mechanisms of action, clinical applications, adverse reactions, and safety of Zhibitai Capsules, providing theoretical support for their clinical use in lipid regulation.
