摘要目的 观察益气养阴法治疗室性早搏的临床疗效.方法 90例伴有明显临床症状的频发室性早搏患者随机分为两组,治疗组给予加味炙甘草汤治疗,对照组给予莫雷西嗪治疗.治疗时间为一个月.两组的基础情况相似,差异无统计学意义,具有可比性.观察治疗前后两组的临床症状、动态心电图的变化.所有病例均获随访.结果 加味炙甘草汤组改善临床症状总积分要明显优于对照组(P<0.05).其中对"心悸""胸闷"症状的改善尤为显著(P<0.05).两组各证型问疗效的比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).治疗组对24 h Holter监测室早的疗效也略优于对照组,但统计学差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 加味炙甘草汤有明显的抗室性早搏作用,而且要比莫雷西嗪疗效好,尤其是在改善临床症状方面,更可以作为临床治疗室早的基础方.益气养阴法值得在临床推广使用.

abstractsObjective Clinical Study on Patients with Premature Ventrieular Complexes(PVCs) Trea-ted with Replenishing Qi and Nourishing Yin,To evaluate the therapeutic effects of replenishing qi and nouris-hing yin on patients with premature ventrieular complexes (PVCs). Methods Ninety patients with frequent PVCs and serious symptoms were randomly divided into two groups. During a one-month period, the treatment group was treated with modified Roast Radix Glyeyrrhizae Decoction, and the control group with moraeizine.There was no significant difference in clinical materials in the two groups. We observed the two groups' changes of symptoms and Holter ECG monitoring before and after treatment. All patients were followed up in out-patient clinics. Results We found that the therapeutic effects of treatmenet group in relieving clinical symptoms was obviously better than that of control groups(P<0.05) ,especially in relieving palpitation and the feeling of suf-focation. By using 24 h Holter ECG monitoring,we also found that the effects of treatment group in suppressing PVCs was a little superior to that of control groups. However,there was no statistical difference to be found be-tween the two groups(P>0.05). The therapeutic effects on PVCs didn't have any relationship with the differ-ence of TCM syndromes. Conclusion In conclusion, modified Roast Radix Glyeyrrhizae Decoction is more ef-fective than moraeizine in treating PVCs, especially in relieving symptoms. Modified Roast Radix Glyeyrrhizae Decoction can also be used as a based decoction for treating PVCs. The method of replenishing qi and nourishing yin is worth popularizing.
