摘要目的 观察复方糖尿1号、2号降血糖药物的疗效与安全.复方糖尿1号、2号胶囊,是一组治疗糖尿病的专用药物(批准文号:湘药制字Z20060119及Z20060110;发明专利号ZL97013536.9).临床应用10年来,深受广大糖尿病友的喜爱.复方中除含人参、三七、山茱萸、肉桂等中药成份外,还含有少量的格列本脲与盐酸二甲双胍.那么,它与同品种、同剂量的西药相比较,是否有优胜之处?方法针对这一问题,把110例2型糖尿患者分为复方组与纯西药组进行临床观察比较;将110例2型糖尿病患者分为复方组与纯西药组,分别测量其:空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(PG2 h)、餐后1 hC肽(CP-1h)、餐后1 h胰岛素(Ins-1h)、尿素氮(BUN)、谷丙转氨酶(SOFT),并记录两组患者的气虚症状(如:乏力、神疲);消化道反应等.结果 在降餐后血糖方面,复方组与对照组比较,P<0.01,且消化道症状发生率仅为10%,气虚症状好转率为69%;且在治疗剂量下,所观察的病例未见到对肝、肾功能的不良影响及低血糖事件.结论 复方组在降血糖方面,其稳定性好、离散性小,效果更佳;在改善气虚症状、减少消化道反应方面,也均优于纯西药组,是一组安全有效的降血糖药物.

abstractsObjective To investigate the effect and safety of hypoglycemic agents of the compound for-mula diabetes No. 1&No. 2. The compound formula diabetes capsules No. 1 &No. 2 are a special group of medi-cine for treating diabetes. (Apporval No: Xiang yaozhizi Z 20060119&Z 20060110, Patent No: ZL97013536. 9). For 10 years' clinical application, they are popular among the numerous diabetes. The compound formula not on-ly contains the chinese medicinal compositions, such as: ginseng, notoginseng, cornus, cinnamon, also involves a few of glinben clanide and mdfformin hydro-chloride. Then, has it an advantage by comparing with the same kind and same dose of the western medicine. Methods To this problem, we took clinical investigation by divding 110 cases diabetes Ⅱ into two groups(the compound formula group and the pure western mesicene group). Separately examed: FPG, PG2 H, CP-1 h, Ins-1 h, BUN, SGPT and wrote down each group' s vacuity symptoms (such as :lack of strength,fatigued spirit)and the reaction of oligestive system. Results In the aspect for hypoglycine after med, the compound formula group for 63.1143, P < 0. 001 by comparing with another group, and the happening rate of digestive symptoms only 10%, the vacuity symptoms getting better at 69% ,under the amount of dosage, no abnormal effection on liver and kidney, and no hypoglycemia. Conclusion The compound formula group has ga good stability, a little dissipation and better result in hypoglyeine; and is also better than the pure western medicing group in improving vacuity symptom and in digestive system. The compound formula diabetes capsules No. 1 &No. 2 are a safe and effective group of medicine for treating diabetes.
