A dinic study on high-dose corticosteroid for treatment of optic nerve contusion
摘要目的 评价大剂鼍皮质激素治疗视神经挫伤的效果.方法 视神经挫伤患者20例应用大剂量皮质激素冲击治疗,20例应用常规激素治疗,根据视力变化评价其治疗效果.结果 大剂量激素治疗组有效率为80%,常规剂量治疗组有效率为50%.结论大剂量激素治疗视神经挫伤效果优于常规激素治疗效果.

abstractsObjective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of optic nerve contusion with high-dose cor-ticosteroid. Methods 20 case were treated by high-dose and 20 case with convenient-dose corticosteriod, The therapy effect were analysed according to outcome visual acuity. Results The effective therapy were obtained on high-dose group at 80% and convenient-dose group at 50%. Conclusion The high-dose corticosteroid is superi-or to convenient-dose cortieosteroid in the treatment of optic nerve contusion.
