摘要目的 探讨大活络胶囊联合透明质酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效.方法 选取本院骨科门诊治疗的膝骨关节炎患者62例,平均年龄61.5岁.给患者几服大活络胶囊,1 g/次,3次/d,连续服用5周;同时给患膝关节腔内注射透明质酸钠(施沛特注射液)每次2 ml,每周1次,连续注射5周.观察休息痛、活动痛、关节压痛、关节肿胀和关节活动度作治疗前后自身对比.结果 经5周治疗后,本组患者治疗后与治疗前相比,休息痛、活动痛、关节压痛、关节肿胀和关节活动度均有明显改善(P＜0.01),各项观察指标治疗有效率达83%.结论 大活络胶囊联合透明质酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎有明显疗效.

abstractsObjective To study the curative effects of Dahuoluo capsule combined with Sodium Hyaluronate injection on knee osteoarthritis.Methods 62 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis,average age of 61 years old,were treated with 1.0 g Dahuoluo capsule three times a day by oral administration for 5 weeks and 2 ml Sodium Hyaluronate once a week by injection into the osteoarthritie knee for 5 weeks.Joint pain at rest and activity,tenderness over the joint,joint swelling and movement range were observed and compared before and after treatment by self.Results After 5 week treatment,joint pain at rest and activity,tenderness over the joint,joint swelling and movement range were all improved significantly(P＜0.01),with the efficiency rates over 83%.Conclusion Dahuoluo capsule combined with Sodium Hyaluronate injection shows significant curative effects on knee osteoarthritis.
