摘要目的 评价前牙美学区即刻种植与即刻延期种植的临床效果.方法 对32例患者分情况即刻植入Replace,Straumann TE和Osstem GS种植体共45枚,其中拔牙后立即植入种植体共28枚,对于附着龈较窄、牙龈厚度较薄及根尖周有炎症的患者,在微创拔牙后唇腭侧牙龈"8"字缝合,减小拔牙创,2～4周软组织愈合后再作即刻延期种植.修复完成后,进行定期的临床和放射学检查,观察种植体周围有无阴影,种植体周围牙槽骨吸收情况,同时检杳软组织愈合情况.结果 45枚种植体经6～60个月观察,全部成功,美学效果好,两者之间效果无统计学差异.结论 选择合适的病例,配合采用引导骨再生技术处理在前牙区即刻种植与即刻延期种植均可以取得良好的临床效果.

abstractsObjective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of immediate implantation and delayed immediate implantation in anterior extraction sockets.nethods Following an atraumatic extraction of teeth,45 implants(from Replace,Straumann TE and Osstem GS)were placed into sockets of 32 csses and dlvided into two groups.28 implants placed into sockets at the time of the extraction of teeth were in one group,the others placed in 2-4 weeks after the extraction were in the other group in the cases with more nsrrow attached gingival.thinner gingival or periapical periodontitis.After reparation,the implants were detected in some time by clinical gross observation and X-ray radiography to measure the shadow and bone obsorption of the alveolar near the implants and the healing of soft tissue.Results Follow-up post-prosthesis wag the minimum being 6 months and the maximum 60 months.All cases achieyed good clinical efficacy.There was on significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion Choosing suitable cases.clinical studies on the placement of immediate implant in anterior extraction sockets have revealed predictable results with guided bone regeneration technique in both immediate implantation and delayed immediate implantation.
