摘要目的 探讨糖尿病前期阶段的糖尿病教育在其防治中的积极作用.方法 对本市136例糖尿病前期患者即葡萄糖耐量减低(IGT)及空腹葡萄糖受损(IFG)随机分成两组:糖尿病前期阶段干预治疗组A组(n=66)及未干预治疗组B组(n=70).对患者的心理及行为方式干预与否的对照评价.结果 糖尿病初期阶段未干预治疗组的血糖较干预治疗组存在显著差异(P=0.005).结论 对于糖尿病IGT与IFG阶段积极进行心理及行为方式干预治疗,定期随访,可显著降低糖尿病的患病率.糖尿病教育对其发病率、致残率起着积极作用.

The results of the early stages of diabetes did not interfere with the glucose treatment group than the intervention group,there was a significant difference (P=0.005). Conclusion IGT and IFG concluding stage of diabetes to its active intervention in the psychological and behavioral treatment, regular follow-up, can significantly reduce the incidence of diabetes. Their incidence of diabetes education, plays an active role in disability.
