摘要观察自主研发专利产品泪道吻合器治疗暴力伤致泪小管断离的临床价值.对89例泪道吻合器植入术,术后8周无吻合器提前脱落,87例冲洗泪道通畅,无角膜上皮擦伤及泪小点移位、裂伤,手术成功率97.752%.泪道吻合器植入简单,最大限度减轻患者术中术后痛苦,美观,安全有效.
