摘要目的 探讨创伤性结肠损伤的诊断和处理方法.方法 回顾性分析2001年1月至2009年12月间我院结肠损伤42例的临床资料.结果 一期手术治疗33例,其中一期修补20例,一期肠切除吻合13例.二期手术9例,其中原位修补外置2例,肠破裂修补或损伤肠部分切除吻合加近端造瘘术5例,结肠造瘘术2例.术后死亡2例.结论 结肠损伤患者早期诊断后,严格掌握手术适应证,一期手术治疗是可行的.

abstractsObjective To investigate diagnosis and treatment of the traumatic colon injury. Methods A retrospective analysis clinical data from January 2001 to December 2009,42 cases of colon injury in my hospital. Results The results of one surgical treatment of 33 cases,including a repair in 20 cases, a bowel resection and anastomosis in 13 cases. 2 surgery in 9 cases, including two cases of in situ external repair, intestinal rupture repair or injury increases intestinal resection and anastomosis of the proximal part of the five cases of gastrostomy, colostomy in 2 cases. Died after operation in 2 cases. Conclusion Early diagnosis of patients with colon injury, the strictly controlled surgical indications, one surgical treatment is feasible.
