摘要目的 观察赖氨葡锌颗粒联合乌体林斯注射液治疗儿童反复呼吸道感染的临床疗效.方法 106例反复呼吸道感染患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各53例;对照组采用常规治疗法,治疗组在对照组常规治疗基础上加用赖氨葡锌颗粒联合治疗.结果 治疗组显效率79.2%,明显高于对照组56.6%(P＜0.05);治疗组总有效率90.6%,明显高于对照组69.8%(P＜0.01).治疗组复发率7.5%,明显低于对照组26.4%(P＜0.05);治疗组免疫指标IgG及IgA治疗后水平明显高于对照组治疗后水平(P＜0.01).结论 赖氨葡锌与乌体林斯联合治疗儿童反复呼吸道感染疗效显著,复发率低.

abstractsObjective To observe the clinical effect of combining Lysine and gluconic acid zinc with Utilins in the treatment of children with repeated respiratory infections.Methods 106 children with repeated respiratory infections were randomly divided into treatment group( 53 cases)and control group (53 cases).The cases in the control group were used the normal treatment,while Lysine and gluconic acid zinc was given to the cases in the treatment group in addition to the normal treatment.Results The effective rate of treatment group (79.2%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (56.6%) (P ＜ 0.05 ).The total effective rate of the treatment group(90.6% ) was obviously higher than that of the control group(69.8% ) ( P ＜ 0.01 ).The recurrence rate of the treatment group was 7.5%,much lower than that of the control group,which was 26.4%.( P ＜ 0.05 ).IgA,IgG levels in the treatment group increased more signiicantly ( P ＜ 0.01 ).Conclusion The Combination of Lysine and gluconic acid zinc with Utilins is effective in the treatment of children with repeated respiratory infections,and the recurrence rate is low.
