摘要目的 通过对肠道间质瘤患者临床治疗过程的观察分析其病理特点和治疗措施.方法 通过对案例的临床特征和病理特点进行差别分析.结果 在治疗案例中,S-100阳性3例,阴性44例,阳性率为6.38%;CD34阳性33例,阴性14例,阳性率为70.21%;CD117阳性38例,阴性9例,阳性率为80.85%.CD34和CD117均阳性的为21例,占44.68%.结论 CD34与CD117对患者治疗有参考价值.

abstractsObjective To observe the clinical and pathological characteristics of gastrointestinal stromal tumors,for accumulating clinical experience and directing the clinical work.Methods We analyzed the clinical,pathological and immunohistochemistry characteristics in 47 patients with gastrointestinal stromal tumors.Results 35 cases(74.47% ) were found in gastric.The positive rate of CD117 was 80.85%.The Positive rate of CD34 was 70.12%.The positive rate of CD34 and CD117 was 44.68%.Conclusion The immunohistochemistry of CD34 and CD117 are value to diagnose the gastrointestinal stromal tumors.
