摘要目的 探讨舒适护理在全脑血管造影术中的应用效果.方法 将2008年1月至2009年12月收治的106例全脑血管造影术患者随机分为两组,对照组实施传统的神经外科常规护理,观察组术前、术中、术后给予健康教育;改进卧位,即在加压器包扎的24 h内协助水平移动身体,术肢伸直制动,平卧与非术侧30°翻身侧卧;协助生活护理等舒适护理措施.结果 观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(均P＜0.01),患者对护理工作的满意度明显高于对照组(P＜0.01).结论 舒适护理可减少全脑血管造影术患者围手术期的并发症,提高患者的满意度.

abstractsObjective comfortable nursing in cerebral angiography in the Application.Methods January 2008 ～2009 12 106 cases were treated in cerebral angiography were randomly divided into two groups,the implementation of the traditional routine neurosurgical care,observation group before,during and after health education to;improve the lying position,that is packed in the pressure for 24 h to assist horizontal movement within the body,limbs straight braking technique,supine and non-operated side 30 ° turning side;assisted living care,comfort care measures.Adverse results of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group (all P ＜ 0.01),patient satisfaction with care was significantly higher (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion of comfort care can reduce cerebral angiography in patients with perioperative complications and improve patient satisfaction.
