摘要2020 年以来,国际上先后提出了代谢功能障碍相关脂肪性肝病(metabolic dysfunction-associated fatty liver disease,MAFLD)和代谢功能障碍相关脂肪变性肝病(metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease,MASLD)的新命名.2024 年,中华医学会肝病学分会更新发布了《代谢相关(非酒精性)脂肪性肝病防治指南(2024 年版)》.本文深入剖析MASLD和MAFLD在概念、定义框架、临床管理等方面的差异,并对 2024 版中国指南的工作定义更新亮点与特色进行深入解读.
