摘要肠内营养诊疗技术是临床营养的重要组成部分。为规范肠内营养临床应用，提升临床营养服务水平，推动医疗机构肠内营养质量标准化、规范化和同质化发展，国家临床营养专业医疗质量控制中心与中国医师协会营养医师专业委员会联合制定本规范，系统阐述了开展肠内营养的基本要求、从事肠内营养人员的基本要求、肠内营养技术管理基本要求和相关培训要求等。重点包括肠内营养处方规范、肠内营养配制室岗位职责规范、肠内营养配制室清洁消毒规范、肠内营养液配制前准备工作的操作规范、肠内营养液配制的操作规范和肠内营养配制室常用设备使用操作规范。

abstractsEnteral nutrition (EN) is an essential part of clinical nutrition. To standardize the clinical EN practice, improve the level of clinical nutrition services, and promote the standardized, regulated, and homogenized development of EN quality in medical institutions, the National Medical Quality Control Center of Clinical Nutrition and the Chinese Clinical Nutritionist Center of Chinese Medical Doctor Association jointly developed this document. It outlines the basic requirements for EN implementation, personnel qualifications, technology management, and related training activities. The key points include the standard operating procedures (SOPs) for EN prescription, job responsibilities in the preparation room, cleaning and disinfection of the preparation room, preparations before EN solution formulation, EN solution preparation, and EN equipment maintenance and use.
