To explore the characteristics of Zhang Xichun's diagnosis and treatment of diseases from the application of the compatibility of keel and oyster
摘要龙骨、牡蛎药性平和,具有收敛固涩、重镇安神之效,常作为药对一起使用.近代医家张锡纯善用龙骨、牡蛎配伍治疗多种疾病,给后世医家以启发.该文章从张锡纯《医学衷中参西录》着手,从张氏对龙骨、牡蛎配伍之应用,发现其在龙骨、牡蛎的用法、用量及配伍上皆有准绳,探讨其在劳热、心病、内外中风、痰饮、妇科、淋浊等疾病方面诊疗的特色.
