摘要子宫颈癌发病趋于年轻化,原因不明.研究发现,年轻女性人乳头状瘤病毒(Human Papillomavirus,HPV)感染和子宫颈上皮内瘤变(Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,CIN)发生率高,治疗后易复发或持续.女性年龄与HPV感染和CIN的发生、发展密切相关.世界项级癌症中心和发达国家的宫颈癌筛查及管理指南中,确立了年龄别管理策略.我国应加强年龄与HPV感染、CIN相关的数据积累.
