摘要Objective: To strengthen the standardized management of hospital medical consumables, combined with national policies and regulations, to explore the access process of medical consumables in line with hospital process management. Methods: By formulating the management system of medical consumables, establishing medical consumables applied through different channels, adopting appropriate audit standards and optimizing different application processes, we can better refine the management of consumables access. Results:The establishment of the standard can well cover the access audit of all medical consumables to be admitted to the hospital. Conclusion: By strengthening the audit of medical consumables before entering the hospital, the access principle of medical consumables is well standardized, the repeated admission of medical consumables is reduced, and the unnecessary admission of medical consumables is avoided.
