摘要目的 探讨刮片镜检在真菌性角膜溃疡诊断中的应用及其重要性.方法 对临床拟诊为真菌性角膜溃疡的患者行角膜刮片镜检,眼部局麻后,用刀片刮取适量溃疡边缘和基底组织,制成玻片后直接于显微镜下观察,实验室检查发现真菌和菌丝即可确诊.结果 22例拟诊为真菌性角膜溃疡的患者,角膜刮片镜检阳性者占72.73%.结论 角膜刮片镜检法是诊断真菌性角膜溃疡快速、有效的方法,适于临床广泛应用.

abstractsObjective To discuss the use and importance of the diagnosis of the smears examination of fongal corneal ulcer.Methods Suspected patients of fungal corneal ulcer were examined by corneal smears examination.Alter instillation of local anesthetic drops in the affected eye of the patient, corneal scrapings were taken from the edge as well as the base of the ulcer with a blade.corneal ulcerations were placed on a glass slide and a drop of the reagent was added over the tissue specimen and a coverslip was used, taking care of trapping air bubbles.Direct preparations were examined immediately under the microscope for the presence of fungal el-ements.Final diagnosis by fungus and hypha.Result The total positive rate of corneal smears examination of 22 patients with suspected fungal corneal ulcer was 72.73%.Conclusion Direct microscopic evaluation is the most valuable and rapid diagnostic tool for the detection of fungal elements in corneal scrapings.The results of smears from fungal corneal ulcer are accurate and fast,the examination can be widely applied to clinic.
