摘要目的 探讨虹膜固定型人工晶状体植入治疗玻璃体切除术后无晶体眼的疗效.方法 观察6例患者术后的最佳矫正视力、眼压、角膜内皮、前房深度及术中术后并发症的情况.结果 患者术后视力情况满意,眼压平稳,角膜内皮细胞数量稳定,无明显并发症.结论 虹膜固定型人工晶体植入治疗玻璃体切除术后无晶状体眼是一种简单、安全手术方式.

abstractsObjective To discuss the curative effect of iris-claw lens (Artisan) in the treatment of aphakic eyes after vitrectomy.Methods The best corrected visual acuity, intraocular pressure, corneal en-dothelium, anterior chamber depth, intra-operative and postoperative complications were observed in 6 cases after implantation with iris-claw lens (Artisan) who received vitrectomy.Results The best-corrected visual acuity were the same as or better than the preoperative.The intraocular pressure was normal.The corneal en-dothelium were less than preoperative.No serious postoperative complications occurred.Conclusions Implant the iris-claw lens for the treatment of aphakic eyes provides a simple, fast, minimally invasive and new method.
