LASIK术中负压吸引对兔玻璃体氨基酸含量影响研究
The Influence of Negative Suction during LASIK on Rabbit Vitreous Amino Acids
摘要目的 研究准分子激光角膜原位磨镶术(LASIK)术中瞬时高眼压对玻璃体氨基酸质量浓度的影响.方法 将60只健康新西兰大耳白兔随机分为实验对照组、负压吸引20s组、负压吸引45s组和吸引3min组,制作瞬时高眼压模型.实验对照组只进行激光治疗.负压吸引组先用负压发生器吸引兔眼角巩膜缘,分别持续20s、45s及3min,分别在术后不同时间采用高压液相色谱分析仪(HLPC)检测玻璃体四种氨基酸质量浓度的变化,并与实验对照组进行比较.结果 负压吸引20s及负压吸引45s组玻璃体氨基酸质量浓度与实验对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).负压吸引3min组中玻璃体中四种氨基酸质量浓度与实验对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后10d时谷氨酸(Glu)水平最高,至术后28d时四种氨基酸质量浓度基本恢复正常.谷氨酰胺(Glune)、色氨酸(Try)、苯丙氨酸(Phe)含量至术后14d时水平最高.结论 LASIK术中负压吸引引起的眼压急剧升高,不会影响玻璃体氨基酸质量浓度的变化.

abstractsObjective To study the influence of transient high intraocular pressure (IOP) during LASIK on the contents of vitreous amino acid.Methods Sixty New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into experimental control,negative suction 20s,negative suction 45s and negative suction 3 min groups.The experimental control group was treated only by eximer lager.The rabbit eyes received suction were for different periods of time (20s,45s,3min) by negative pressure generator in different groups to make the instantaneous high IOP model.The changes of the contents of vitreous amino acids were evaluated with High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)at 0,7,10,14 and 28 d postoperatively and compared with control group.Results There were no statistically significant on the contents of vitreous amino acids in negative Suction 20s and 45s compared with experimental control (P>0.05).There was statistically significant on the con-tents of four kinds of vitreous amino acids in negative suction 3 rain compared with experimental control (P< 0.05),and the contents of glutamic acid Was highest after 3min suction and 10d recovery.It was nearly recover-ied to normal level at 28d postoperative.There was highest level in glutamine, trptophan and phenyl alanine at 14d postoperative.Conclusions The acute IOP elevation caused by negative suction during LASIK has not effect on the contents of vitreous amino acids.
